Poem One- Mary’s Lamb

Mary’s Lamb by Sarah Josepha Hale

“Mary had a little lamb, its fleece was white as snow, And everywhere that Mary went The lamb was sure to go; He followed her to school one day- That was against the rule. It made the Children laugh and play, To see a lamb at school”

I like this poem because I think it is funny to think of a lamb at school and I also really like the song Mary Had A Little Lamb. The poem has a little bit of rhyming and that is what I think makes it a poem.
